It's Thursday!

Had a pretty good day... nothing new in Social Studies (YES!) so nothing to ruin my grade... yet. Work was pretty good, I closed a couple of projects and that felt pretty good. We got a new gigabit switch, which is very nice and also gives me a little work to do to find hosts on the network that either don't use the gigabit and are on it, or are on the 100mbit and could use the gigabit (or are 10, and need their cards upgraded). I also get to track down the source of some broadcast traffic, but I have a feeling it's not going to end without some routers. I'm also beginning some computer training through dell (because we got free courses), just to learn some stuff if I don't already know it, and I'm also working on learning C... on my own. Once I get paid again I'll probably buy a Sam's book, for now I'm stuck with a guide I printed out a while ago (I don't learn well from PDF's, is the problem).

Adri got some new medicine from her doctor, it seems to be helping her to become more normal again and not anxious, which is good. Tonight I got to drive a lot, they were having their stairs (well, the rails) painted so we needed out of the house. We got dinner at Izzy's and then went to the bookstore (where I purchased a Microsoft Exchange 2003 administration guide, nice!), and then back home. It was a pretty good evening. I think we're gonna have me try for my license soon, I'm confident I can and will pass the tests easy enough.

Tomorrow I'm looking forward to work, finishing a couple more of my tasks and then having a good weekend... yeah.

Tonight I also discovered that Armaan has a job, and near me no less. That's pretty cool, we'll have to do lunch or something once I begin working full time.
